In the leading role for the Corporate Services division, you will actively help to shape the future of Galenica.
What you can do
- Based on the strategies and needs of the business, you will derive the functional and non-functional requirements for the various use cases to ensure the further development of our digital products and technical solutions
- You will work in an agile environment according to SAFe
- Aligning yourself with the company's agile practices and promoting the optimization of the processes in place
- You will work very closely with product management, enterprise architects from other business areas, other stakeholders and suppliers
- You define the target architecture and technology roadmap within the framework of the specified standards and guidelines and ensure their implementation
- You will assume overall responsibility for all architecture and technology topics in the value stream and act as a bridge builder for coordination and communication between IT and business
What you have to offer
- Degree in computer science or comparable further training and several years of experience as an Enterprise Architect
- Experience in design and implementation of corporate IAM solutions
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in the field of corporate business processes and solutions
- Experience with ERP systems with focus on the HR and Finance modules (knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage)
- Harmonization, migration initiatives and integration projects in this area
- Analytical and conceptual skills, combined with quick comprehension skills
- Servant Leader personality, agile mindset, with a strong presentation and customer orientation
- Work together with some development teams, product management, business owners, Legal and Cyber Security
- Practical experience with agile implementation methods, ideally SAFe
- Professional fluency in German (Level B2+) with good written and spoken English skills
