As an Order Admin Planner (f/m/d) in the areas of low and medium voltage and industry, you will be the central contact person for our customers and act as a partner for scheduling inquiries at our location in Gümligen. You will always keep an overview of the orders and plan the assignments of our service technicians throughout Switzerland. Your IMPACT Planning, processing, and accompanying service orders and contracts in German and French Scheduling service technicians for the areas of low and medium voltage as well as for industrial customers Proactively contacting our customers regarding contracts, maintenance, modernization and repairs Determining the need for spare parts and initiating the necessary orders Coordinating internal and external capacities and ensuring compliance with all deadlines in order processing Independently monitoring and coordinating international service orders Our Offer Meaningful work!
